It started with a Special Tasting Menu design in March 2018 for Chef Eric Chow's pop-up experiment at the revered Tartine Bakery in San Francisco. A one-time thing turned into an ongoing collabo.
Exquisite Japanese-inspired menu featuring market-fresh ingredients and Eric's unique perspective. Since his plates are the main feature of the event, we did a quiet, minimalist design to complement the inventive plating.
