What started off as a passion project turned into a budding business.
Envisioned, designed, branded and executed by John Proksch-Whaley, the SOOT Electropack raised a combined total of $140,128 on Kickstarter. We took the SOOT Electropack from concept through prototyping, and sourcing through manufacturing. SOOT continues to ship to customers on every continent around the world.

TRUE MODULARITY
We often see tactical packs that have add-ons to a base bag such as extra storage and functionality, but these are merely what I just mentioned; add-ons. They're usually not a fully integrated system.
We wanted to take it 1 step further.
The SOOT Electropack is 1 versatile pack that is made up of 2 parts; the Mini Messenger and the Commuter Backpack. Keep the compartments separated to store things, or open the bottom of the Commuter Backpack into the Mini Messenger to have one continuous volume for over-sized goods and longer days of travel.
